SOMA May be Arriving On Xbox Soon

SOMA looks to be arriving on Xbox soon. A game listing on PEGI's website suggests the game will finally arrive to the last platform after two years.

SOMA

Originally released in 2015, SOMA looks to be gearing up for a release on Xbox One. A game listing on a European rating agency, PEGI, suggest the game is finally coming for Xbox owners.

When the game had first released, it was only on PC and PlayStation. Now after two years of waiting, horror fans can take on the terror. SOMA is developed by Frictional Games who also developed Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Both games were received well due to the lack of survival capabilities. Instead, they required strategy instead of weapons to escape fear which was a breath of fresh air in the genre.

SOMA

SOMA is a survival horror game that takes place in an underwater facility. The main character, Simon Jarrett, awakes in the facility on strange circumstances. He must uncover the dark past of what happened to the humans that once lived in the station. While he does this, he must also strategically maneuver around crazed people, corrupted robots and an A.I. that want to kill him.

No word yet from Frictional Games on the game’s release date to the Xbox, but until then be sure to check out any other horror games you may be interested in.

Bryson can’t seem to get enough of video games as he plays them daily on either his PS4, Xbox One or PC. Some of his favorite games include Dead Space 2, Titanfall, and Friday the 13th. When he isn’t hunched over the computer typing up an article, he is working on his next cosplay, binge watching Netflix or counting down the days for the next Star Wars film.
