Get help faster (what to include)

To help us solve things quickly, please include:

  • Order number (or the name/email used at checkout)
  • What you need (a one-paragraph summary of the issue or question)
  • If it’s a print/quality issue: clear photos in good lighting
  • one full-card photo
  • one close-up of the issue
  • (if relevant) photos of packaging damage
  • If it’s a shipping issue:
  • your shipping ZIP/postal code
  • what the tracking page shows
  • whether you’re seeing “Delivered” but nothing arrived

Order status & tracking expectations

  • If tracking shows “Label created” (or similar), it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and show the next update — especially around weekends and holidays.

Common quick answers

  • Tournament legality: Our proxy/playtest cards are for casual use — they’re not official MTG cards and not for Wizards-sanctioned events.
  • Address changes: Email us ASAP. If an order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
  • Deadlines: Email us before ordering and tell us your needed-by date. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.
