Google Stadia Is Available For A Two Month Trial For 48 Hours

If you were deciding to give Google Stadia a try, now is a better time than ever with them offering a free two month trial to users from today

How to Get Involved?

Google Stadia announced today that their subscription service is offering a free trial. Players who wish to use Google Stadia can sign up and will gain access to an instant two-month free subscription. However,  there are a few conditions players will have to meet to have the chance to try out Stadia for free. These conditions are the following: Players must have a gmail account and Players must be signed up for Stadia via their website. Once you have both of those steps set up, away you go.

What is Included?

Players who sign up for Stadia for this trial will receive access to nine initial games. These games include: GRID, Destiny 2: The Collection, and Thumper, as listed on Stadia’s statement regarding this deal. Once signed up for Stadia, players can purchase further titles if they wish. Once their Stadia subscription ends, players will still have access to these games. Some notable titles available via Stadia include: Borderlands 3, DOOM (2016) and Mortal Kombat 11 just to name a few.

Players who sign up will of course, have their auto-renew set automatically turned on from the start. If you are certain about not paying once the free trial ends, follow the steps to cancel your auto-renewal. If you decide you want to continue after your two free months have run out, or you simply forget to turn off your automatic-renewal, you will be charged $10. This is a good move for anybody keen to check it out, with no risk. If you like Google Stadia at the end of your two-month trial, keep paying. If not, move on and cross it off your list, no love lost.

Business Insider)

Google is clearly hoping to gain some interest in the subscription service after E3 2019. Google has invested a lot into their idea, and clearly are not quick to see it sink. It will be interesting to see how this move pans out for Stadia’s future. Remember you can follow us on twitter @thecognetwork, or click here for more news updates like the new PS5 Controller.
