Dororo – Finale (Episode 24) and Overall Series Reflection

Approaching the conclusion of such an outstanding series is often accompanied by a mix of excitement and anxiety.

Admittedly, the anticipation of a beloved show’s finale is bittersweet. Even with a satisfying conclusion, it is difficult to bid farewell to a series that has captivated our hearts. Dororo, however, carried a unique sense of unease as we neared its final episode. Certain narrative choices in the latter half of the series seemed questionable, raising concerns about the potential for a disappointing ending. Thankfully, the series did not fall short of expectations and managed to deliver a fitting conclusion.

While not quite reaching the same heights, Dororo remains a remarkable series that captivates with its rich narrative, compelling characters, and disregard for clichés.
