Shipping time = Production time + Transit time
Because many of our products are made to order, there is a production step before anything ships.
Production time (handling time)
Typical production time is 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Production time may extend during:
- peak demand periods (holidays / big releases)
- very large orders
- custom or unusually complex orders

Transit time (carrier delivery time)
Transit time depends on:
- shipping method selected at checkout
- destination distance
- carrier delays (weather, holidays, peak season)
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- package size/weight
- destination
- shipping method
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States by default.
If international shipping is available for your order type, it will appear at checkout. If it does not appear, contact us for options:

International orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes and may be asked to confirm address details before we proceed.
Address accuracy (important)
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, correct shipping address.
If you made a mistake, email us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Delivery issues (lost, delayed, or marked delivered)
If your package is:
- Delayed: check tracking first and allow extra time during peak periods.
- Marked delivered but missing: check mailbox/porch/parcel locker, ask household members, and contact your local carrier office.
- Damaged in transit: take clear photos of the packaging and items.
