Accepted payment methods
Depending on your device, browser, and location, you may see one or more of these options at checkout:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Apple Pay (if available on your device)
- Google Pay (if available on your device)
- Other wallet options shown at checkout
If a wallet option doesn’t appear, it usually means your browser/device isn’t eligible or the wallet isn’t set up on that device.
Security & privacy
Payments are handled by established, PCI-compliant payment processors.
We do not store your full card number on Culture of Gaming servers.
Charges, receipts, and descriptors
- Your receipt is emailed after checkout to the address you provide.
- The charge may appear on your statement with a descriptor related to Culture of Gaming and/or the payment processor.
Payment issues
If your payment fails:
- Double-check billing details and available funds
- Try a different card or wallet option
- If it still won’t go through, email us with the time of the attempt and any error message shown
