How to track

Enter:

  • Order ID (from your receipt / confirmation screen)
  • Billing email used at checkout

(If you have an account, you can also find orders in “My Account.”)


Tracking status quick guide

  • Processing / In Production: Your items are being produced/packed.
  • Shipped: Your order has left our facility and tracking is active.
  • Label Created: The carrier has the label, but may not have scanned the package yet (give it 24–48 hours).
  • Delivered: Marked delivered by the carrier (check mailbox/porch/parcel locker and ask household members).
