Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order?

Maybe — but you need to email us quickly. If production hasn’t started, we can usually cancel or adjust. If production has started, changes may not be possible.

Do I need an account to order?

No. But creating an account can make it easier to view order history and tracking.


Shipping & tracking

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time = production time + transit time. Typical production is 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), then transit time depends on the method selected at checkout.

My tracking says “Label created.” What does that mean?

It usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet. Give it 24–48 hours, especially around weekends/holidays.

Where do I track my order?


Quality & issues

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with your order number and clear photos. If it’s on us (defect/incorrect item/shipping damage), we’ll make it right.

Proxy/playtest questions

Are your MTG proxies tournament legal?

No. Our proxy/playtest products are for casual play and playtesting and are not intended for sanctioned tournament use.

Are proxies the same thing as counterfeits?

No. Proxies are for casual play/testing when everyone agrees. Counterfeits are made to deceive people into thinking they’re real — we do not support that.

Can I resell proxies as real cards?

No. Do not represent or resell proxies as authentic.
