We take print quality seriously. If you order from Culture of Gaming, you should receive items that are cleanly printed, properly finished, correctly packed, and delivered in good condition.
This page explains what we guarantee, what counts as “our mistake,” and how reprints work.

Our Quality Guarantee
Every order should arrive with:
- Sharp, readable printing (no unintended blur or heavy banding)
- Consistent finish appropriate to the product type
- Correct quantities and correct items/variants
- Appropriate packaging for safe shipment
If we miss the mark on any of the above due to an error on our side, we will make it right.
If we make a mistake, we fix it
If the issue is caused by us — whether it’s:
- printing or finishing
- cutting/trim problems that materially affect use
- packing errors (missing/wrong items)
- shipping issues caused by incorrect labeling or fulfillment mistakes
- verified shipping damage in transit
…we’ll resolve it via a reprint, replacement, or credit, depending on the situation.
What we need from you (so we can fix it fast)
Email us at [email protected] with:
1) your order number
2) a short description of the issue
3) photos (when applicable), such as:
- the full item laid out
- close-ups of the defect
- the shipping label (if it’s a shipping issue)
- packaging damage (if the package arrived damaged)
Timing for reprints
When a reprint is approved, we prioritize it and produce it as quickly as possible. Timing depends on:
- order size
- production queue volume
- whether the original order required custom handling
What isn’t covered as a “reprint at our cost”
We’ll always try to help, but the following typically are not “our mistake” reprints:
- customer-provided errors (wrong selection, wrong address entered at checkout)
- normal variation in print color due to monitor settings/lighting
- wear from use after the product has been played with/handled
- damage after delivery (liquids, bending, storage issues)
