To help us solve things quickly, please include:
- Order number (or the name/email used at checkout)
- What you need (a one-paragraph summary of the issue or question)
- If it’s a print/quality issue: clear photos in good lighting
- one full-card photo
- one close-up of the issue
- (if relevant) photos of packaging damage
- If it’s a shipping issue:
- your shipping ZIP/postal code
- what the tracking page shows
- whether you’re seeing “Delivered” but nothing arrived
Order status & tracking expectations
- If tracking shows “Label created” (or similar), it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and show the next update — especially around weekends and holidays.

Common quick answers
- Tournament legality: Our proxy/playtest cards are for casual use — they’re not official MTG cards and not for Wizards-sanctioned events.
- Address changes: Email us ASAP. If an order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
- Deadlines: Email us before ordering and tell us your needed-by date. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.
