THQ Nordic announced the lineup for Gamescom 2019 by listing six titles that will be playable at the event. The first title announced has been Biomutant, coming this year on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Biomutant is a post-apocalyptic Kung-Fu fable offering a unique combat system. Melee, shooting, and mutant abilities, are, in fact, at the base of the martial arts-inspired combat of the game.
Among others, THQ Nordic also announced Darksider Genesis and a remake of Destroy All Humans!. Darksiders Genesis is a prequel that will put the players in the shoes of two of the Four Horsemen: Strife and War. Darksider Genesis will launch on Ps4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC this year.
The remake of Destroy All Humans! takes us back in 1959 United States, where, as Crypto, we’ll harvest human DNA and bring down the US government. Destroy All Human! launches on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Also, at Gamescom 2019, the players can put their hands on a secret title. This title will be revealed on August 19 during the Gamescom Opening Night live stream at 11 AM PT, 2 PM ET, and 8 PM in Europe. In total, THQ Nordic will show three titles behind closed doors.
