Electronic Arts released a trailer today for an (unexpected) new stuff pack for The Sims 4 and it’s called Tiny Living.
There are a lot of The Sims 4 build videos around Twitch.tv and YouTube that focus on the “tiny home build challenge” and this pack features many new items related to that aesthetic, as well as new CAS items to hype the community knitting pack that is anticipated to be release sometime this year. The Tiny Living Stuff Pack will contain a few new added items that the sims community asked for, like the murphy bed. This pack includes a new lot type, called “Tiny Home Residential” that will encourage players to build more tiny homes by adding in benefits such as reduced bills, a relationship gain bonus, and a comfort bonus. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like bunk beds have been added.
You can check out EA’s detailed description here. The Sims 4 Tiny Living Stuff Pack is scheduled to release to PC and Mac on Jan 21st, and to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on Feb 4th!
It doesn’t seem like this pack will bring any new challenges to the game – it’s merely a stuff pack.
What do you think? Do you think the new murphy bed adds a new death to the game? I hope so.
