Over the past year and a half, the Nintendo Switch has cemented itself as one of Nintendo’s greatest consoles. 5. Xbox One X $100 Off

The Xbox One X is easily the most powerful console on the market, gaining the edge on the PS4 Pro by a sizable margin. It’s arguably the best place to play Red Dead Redemption 2­ – that extra processing power makes for a massive graphical difference. Normally, the One X comes in at a whopping $500, but for Black Friday, the major retailers are dropping the price point down to $400. Considering the parts inside, $400 is a phenomenal deal for this level of power.

6. PlayStation 4 Pro with Red Redemption 2: $400 ($60 Off)

Red Dead Redemption 2 has one of the most immersive open-worlds in video game history. It’s a benchmark title that will no doubt be used to compare other games by in the years to come, and it looks absolutely fantastic in 4K HDR. The PS4 Pro might not be quite as powerful as its Microsoft equivalent, but its still a terrific deal, considering the specs inside. At 400 bucks, the PS4 Pro is absolutely worth it, especially with one of the greatest games of the generation thrown in for free.

Super Mario Maker is an incredibly powerful, yet easily-accessible level creation tool. While the Wii U version is arguably better because of the online functionality, Mario Maker’s “create and play” formula still feels intuitive on a handheld. Considering that the 3DS/2DS family of Nintendo handhelds has a deep library of critically-acclaimed games, $80 is dirt cheap for a 2DS and Mario Maker.

8. GeForce GTX 1070 SC Graphics Card: $369 ($130 off)

When it comes to PC-building, graphics cards are about the most expensive parts you can find. A GTX 1080ti can run you up to a thousand dollars, and with the bitcoin mining craze, it used to be more than that. But if you don’t need to run DOOM Eternal in 4K resolution on max settings when it comes out, it’s smart to be a bit conservative on your graphics card pick. That’s why the GTX 1070, while not the most powerful card in the world, is still an absolute bargain for $130 less than usual. Consider it if you’d like to build a PC without breaking the bank.
