PS5 Games Reveal Teased by Official PlayStation Magazine

PS5 Games Reveal Seemingly Coming Soon

The Official PlayStation Magazine has seemingly hinted at when we’ll get a PS5 Games Reveal. In their June issue, which is available know digitally, they say:

“The next gen starts next issue as we reveal the latest games coming to PlayStation 5, and how they’ll play”

Twitter user Tidux tweeted this out:

Performance Lab® - Not all supplements are the same

It seems to be part of the digital copy of Official PlayStation Magazine, and it clearly states that the next issue will release on June 2nd. This shouldn’t be all that surprising, as we’re going to be getting a PS5 and Xbox Series X push from both Microsoft and Sony any time now.

What To Expect from a potential PS5 games Reveal

As of right now, we don’t know if Official PlayStation Magazine has exclusivity on these PS5 game reveals. Because OPM is part of GamesRadar+ it’s difficult to say that they’ll get precedent in showing off anything Sony. They’ve been very cagey up to now, with thew only thing they’ve shown off being the new DualSense Controller. Even that reveal came through an official PlayStation Blogpost.

Although, GamesRadar are having an E3 of sorts in June, called the ‘Future Games Show’ – it doesn’t get more next-gen than that. This doesn’t mean major PS5 reveals will occur there, but with their connection to Sony through OPM we can expect to see some footage.

In more concrete terms, what this tease means is that by June 2nd we will have definitely seen, or at least heard about, what’s coming to PS5. That is unless something goes wrong. We should then also be seeing what the PS5 is actually going to look like, but only time will tell at this point.
