Now that October’s here, you lovers of all things spooky can finally get excited for Halloween.

Overwatch fans, however, have something else to get excited about. This year’s Halloween event has been teased by the official Overwatch Twitter. From the short video, it looks like fans will be able to get their hands on new McCree and Reaper skins.

And Halloween draws near…07

It appears that McCree will be getting a Van Helsing skin, and Reaper will do his best Dracula impression. Both were skins requested by fans last year. The previous Halloween event brought with it Overwatch’s first PvE game mode, Junkenstein’s Revenge. It tasked players with protecting Adlersbrunncastle’s doors from hordes of Junkenstein’s creations, as well as the doctor himself. It was a hit with fans, and many hope to see its return, along with new content.

During Overwatch’s seasonal events, the game’s loot boxes change to event-themed crates that contain exclusive items. If the past is anything to go by, last year’s Halloween items will be back in loot boxes along with new cosmetic items. It remains to be seen what new game mode Blizzard has in store for fans this year, but the Overwatch team rarely disappoints. Gamers will have to wait patiently to see what’s in store.
