Team Ninja’s Nioh, receives its final DLC pack at the end of September. Players will be heading into the Abyss with a new game mode. Bloodshed’s End is the final DLC of the planned three entries, following Dragon of the North, Defiant Honor.
Bloodshed’s End will pick up where Defiant Honor ended, with William leaving Osaka Castle in a path of destruction. Months have passed with calm and peace, yet another uprising in Japan is bound to occur. Players will be able to enter the Abyss, and battle through levels filled with countless Yokai, all taking place within the castle’s, “inner-sanctum.”
The press release states that the Abyss will feature, “Epic battles and unique challenges for the most skilled players.” Team Ninja promises to release more information on the final piece of DLC before its release this month. Bloodshed’s End will also contain additional content in the form of main missions, twilight, and new Yokai. New characters in history and weapons will also be available, along with new difficulty levels and Guardian Spirits to choose from.
Bloodshed’s End releases on Sept. 25, 2017, for PS4. The DLC will cost $9.99 and is part of the season pass.
