Ash Ketchum is returning in a reboot of the Pokemon series: Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!. In the 20th Pokemon movie, the Pallet Town native dreams of becoming a Pokemon master. Late to pick up his first Pokemon, Ash is forced to befriend the unpredicatable Pikachu. Ash then heads to the Kanto region to find the legendary Pokemon, Ho-Oh.
The film itself will only be in theatres for two days only, on November 5 and 6, in select U.S. and international markets.
To commemorate the event, moviegoers will have the chance to receive a never-before-seen Pokémon TCG card featuring Ash’s Pikachu wearing its Trainer’s hat, as seen in the new film.
They’ll also receive a QR Code unlocking Ash’s Pikachu (Partner Cap) in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon games, launching November 17 for the Nintendo 3DS.
