It’s been recently announced that Capcom’s Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, a hack n slash Action RPG, is coming to the Nintendo Switch on April 23rd, 2019 and will cost $29.99.
This will be a port of the 2013 version originally released on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. And Dark Arisen was an enhanced version of the 2012 Dragon’s Dogma.
However, Capcom has stated an interest in improving the game’s interface for better quality and function on the Switch, with all DLC included.
It also seems that some online functions, such as the game’s Pawn system, won’t require a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Which means all players can engage in the trading system for companions.
The game comes as a sort of surprise. The last time something was done with Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, was back in 2017 when it was ported to the Xbox One and Playstation 4. Regardless, fans of the many action RPGs that are currently on the Switch should have a good time with Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, and it isn’t being ported with a $59.99 price tag, which is nice to see as well.
