Right off of the wave of the Nintendo Switch Lite and a newer model of the original Switch, Nintendo has revealed another version of their flagship console that features everyone’s favorite cartoon mouse. Surprisingly, a Nintendo Switch based around the Disney Tsum Tsum franchise will release on October 10th to coincide with Bandai Namco’s Disney Tsum Tsum Festival.
The game will include classic Tsum Tsum puzzle gameplay, along with various minigames. The console will include a Nintendo Switch console, purple and pink Joy-Con, and a dock, all of which are covered in Tsum Tsum character designs.
While Disney Tsum Tsum Festival will come to both Japan and the west, the console itself will currently see a Japan-only release. As of now, Nintendo has not announced any plans to bring this Switch model to other territories. This would not be the first Japan-exclusive switch for this year, as a Dragon Quest-themed console will enter Japanese markets with no western release in sight.
