Death Stranding to Release on PC in 2020

After much anticipation, Death Stranding will finally release on PS4 in a few weeks. However, it seems that the mysterious title will also come to PC as previous reports indicated.

Game Director Hideo Kojima announced via twitter that his latest project will arrive on PC in Summer 2020. As of now, no exact release date has been announced. In another announcement, 505 Games revealed that they will publish the PC version. While the company has not revealed if Death Stranding will release on Steam or the Epic Games Store, 505 has shown a record of publishing games on the latter this year.

505 Games CEO Raffi Galante stated the following in the publisher’s own announcement: “We are extremely excited and honored to be working with the supremely talented team at Kojima Productions and to bring Death Stranding to PC gamers around the world”

Though Kojima Productions and Sony have revealed little in regards to what this title entails, fans are still anxiously awaiting for the day of release. We do know that the games will include many celebrity appearances and cameos, such as the recently confirmed appearance of Conan O’Brien. We’ll just have to wait for its release on PS4 on November 8th to figure out what exactly is Death Stranding.
